Always mixed about this place! Service was fantastic and Monty very helpful and understanding. Although there are ongoing issues with my RR Sport that I won’t go into here - (yet!)Sales, I looked at a RR Sport and Evoque for 30 minutes in the showroom and not one sales person came to help. Unbelievable.

I assume the sales manager is the one that handled that so called ‘auditor’ very well, extremely polite guy, handled the situation very professionally. Lovely showroom and beautiful cars id definitely recommend this place if your looking for a car.

Suitably impressed with the recent Jaguar purchase from this company. The sales consultant and his colleagues were all very helpful and made the purchase proceed smoothly. The car I purchased has been an excellent acquisition. I would definitely buy from this company again in the future.

We got our 1st discovery from here and had fantastic service from Brett. Our whole experience from looking to test drive to signing then picking up our car was fantastic. Plenty of parking lots of cars on show. Very impressive. Will definitely buy another car from here. 10/10 well done Brett.

Very accomodating sales staff (Mike). Phoned to see a e-pace I had seen on Internet, told it wasn't on site but could go down & look over another to get a feel of an e-pace. When got there, Mike had actually gone to compound & brought back the actual car I had seen. Took it for a test drive, offered a god deal, 2 weeks later I'm the owner. If I hadn't tried the actual one on that Sunday I might not have proceeded.Good handover, shown controls, even paired my phone to the car for me. Couldn't have asked for more, also had follow-up call the following day to see if everything was OK.

Saw the video on TikTok of the guy trying to film you, for his silly little YouTube channel. I am the Manager of a car showroom and I would have asked him to leave too. He had no right to go into your showroom unannounced and start filming your staff and making them feel uncomfortable. My staff are my number one priority, and I wouldn’t want anyone making them feel uncomfortable. The pressure we are all under at the moment in the motor trade is massive. The last thing we need is someone making our day even harder for no reason. In fact, you were way more polite than I would have been! Well done to you Sir!
