We needed van hire in early August for delivery of office equipment. The process was smooth and without any faults. They are helpful and polite, we literally had no idea which van to hire but after giving specifications to them they assisted us to get the best van for the job. We returned the van and our deposit we refunded. I would not hesitate to recommend GVM to anyone who needs to hire a van! Thanks guys!!

Van hire was initially great. Really good van. However!! Terrible ordeal trying to get my £1,000 deposit back for the van hire for Amazon courier work. My colleague is in the same boat and owed £1,000 too. Another says he has been owed since November 2019.Despite promises and emails from Bips and Chan saying funds would be in my account in July, I have had to take legal action through the courts to try and get this returned.Do not use this company if you ever expect to have your deposit returned!

They deserve 0 really, want to waste money? hire a van from them.0 customer service! 0 communication! 0 good intentions! hidden costs!They're really nice but only before you sign the agreement...Ridiculously expensive charges for even a tiny damage!£1000/£2000 excess? Consider it gone they're not keen on giving the money back, they'll always find something to keep as much of your money possible.AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!

Unfortunately I couldn't put 0 star. They even didn't deserve 1 star. Customer service 0 star. Guys if you wanna waist your time your money and headache go to this company. To take my deposit money back( 1000£) it took over one months plus first 2 weeks which they promise that money return back. Could you believe it?

Rented a van back in november on which they charged me £1000 deposit. I returned the van in january, but now it's june in one week and still not get my deposit back. All because a little scratch that could be buffed out. They blame it on the insurance company, but they dont really care.
