Incredible service. Had a problem with my knee and I was given a perfect explanation what was going wrong with my current running shoes that was causing the pain and taken through a variety of different options, reviewing on the treadmill each time until we found the right pair to get me back running without pain. Shopping online for all of this stuff is pointless as it's so complex and suited to the individual. Going into the shop you have a tailor made service and learn what you need.Thanks for today, looking forward to getting out in my new trainers!

Popped in here as a complete beginner having just finished C25K and no knowledge of running. Had a really comfortable experience, (I wish I’d noted the name of the lady who helped me!) and came away with the right shoes for me. There was no pressure to go for the most expensive and no judgement on my lack of experience. I had the gait analysis which meant running on a treadmill (another first!) for about thirty seconds and this wasn’t intimidating at all. Will definitely return in the future.

Really good service. Had my gait looked at and didn't take long. Used the treadmill and they showed me afterwards how I ran. Would highly recommend. Very laid back staff who go above and beyond

Had an amazing experience today at the store. Never been to a proper running store before and never had a gait analysis but Andy was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Never felt pressured to buy anything and was able to easily ask questions about the shoes and other accessories. Overall, a great experience.

Went today5/8. Have Plantar F and really struggling at work. SO helpful, great advice given and came away with a pair of shoes that feel the most comfortable of any I have tried. Sorry I did not get a name but he is an asset to the store. Thankyou for giving me some hope

Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable but this shop and it's staff are let down by only stocking a few brands and the prices were unbelievable!! Pretty much double compared to the internet!! Free gait is great, but in order to purchase, prices need to be pretty much halved or at the very least reduced under £100, for the majority of it's trainers. This would still mean making a profit over the internet prices and ultimately selling more trainers!This shop's business model is all wrong, unless things have changed since I studied?!
