We have used Total home loans for 11 years, Mark & Tangy have been fantastic, looking for best mortgage deals that we can afford & many choices that suit our budget. They have completed all the paperwork in a timely manner & ensured all our completion dates are met. They were great when we moved house last year. Will definitely use these guys on our next mortgage review in October.

The team really take the time to understand your situation, find you the best mortgage and help navigate you through the mortgage approval process and are there every step of the way through to completion. We have been using Total Home Loans for many many years now and always go back every year to Mark and Tangy they are professional, friendly, easy to talk to and always find us the best rates. Most recently with our house move, the advice from them was perfect and they made it happen for us. Mark and his team are very hard workers and they get results. Yes you pay for their services but unlike commission based services where they are paid via the Mortgage leader, these guys have many tricks of the trade at their disposal. We had two rejections using the free service" for our new home and Mark found the best value deal for what we needed and we got accepted. Happy days."
