This is the third time we have bought a car from Young and Partners. Their cars are very good quality and above all their after sales is first class. I had an issue with the reversing sensors with one car and I was booked in the next day for it to be fixed. This latest car a knocking sound and again in the next working day and fixed within 10 minutes. Cannot recommend them enough and will keep returning when we need another car.

Needed to downsize and saw a car with these guys on auto trader. Rang them this morning to find out if it was still available and Kyle was happy to help over the phone. Arrived to see the car sat waiting for me to see, was no fuss for a test drive and was agreeable on the PX. The actual sale was done so smoothly I didn't realize it was done and it was just me to tax and insure the car and be on my way.I left something in my trade in which Kyle has been more than happy to post back to me. Cannot recommend them enough!No pressure in buying the car. Smooth service.And so approachable.

What a helpful and friendly garage. Won't deny I was a demanding customer but over a few emails and phone calls I purchased the car I had been looking for, for a long time for a good price and fabulous customer service. Kyle was patient and the outcome for all I think was acceptable for all parties. A family run garage where customer satisfaction etc is the main priority and I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone looking for a good car for a decent price. Really happy with the car I bought and looking forward to years of happy driving.

A family member has purchased two cars from Youngs and not had any issues and recommended them to me when I was looking for a little run around car. I purchased a Ford Fiesta which developed what I thought was an ‘arm’ issue. Contacted Kyle & Steve at the garage and the problem was sorted out within the warranty period. Both Kyle & Steve were fantastic about everything and I had no issues. Because we were away on holiday all my emails were replied to promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending anyone to buy a car from there

Recent annual service and mot carried out to the usual standards of excellent customer service on our Note which we bought from Youngs and has been a sound purchase. Return visit for identified mot work arranged quickly despite the workshop being (unsurprisingly) busy. Highly recommended

Don't buy your car here! Purchased this car after 5 minutes of having it leaked from the rain. After investigating and 10+ leaks later found car was still leaking. Young and partners wouldn't take car back and wouldn't pay anything towards investigating. Horrible company selling cars not up to scratch. Rip off!
