bought a Ford Fiesta Indvidual recently, car was m.o.t.d before collection and any small problem it had was put right, ie new parts etc and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks very much Kev and the car runs like a dream. Would recommend anybody looking for a car to visit. Jacki @ Chris.

Good car dealership. Have dealt with these guys a couple of times. They have an excellent selection of cars at reasonable prices. Something there for everyone's budget. NO pushy sales men.I would not hesitate using this company again.

This was our second visit here and was very well looked after by Kev. At no point was we either hurried along or pressured into buying a car. The selection of their stock is varied and all priced very well. The cars are clean and well presented and you can ask as many questions as you like. Their website is well presented with true accurate photos of the cars. It is nice to leave a genuine 5 star review for a car dealer as it's easy for them to get a bad reputation through the little things. There was no fault that could be found with this family run business, from fresh well priced stock, friendly courteous professional staff to it's very convenient location 2 minutes from the A13.If you're in the market give these a look up, you won't be disappointed.Just wanted to add about our aftercare thus far. We found out that the locking wheel nut key was rounded off, one quick courteous phone call later and a new one was supplied without any fuss at all. Well done again Kevin and the team.Quick update to say we discovered an odd problem with the car in the form of non removable wheels. The nuts had been tightened so much we nor our local garage could remove them without possible damage. Rang and spoke to Kev who said to return it for them to have a look. Dropped the car back and after trying 2 different companies they found a third that had to laser drill the nuts off. This damaged the nice wheels however this was rectified with no quibble and all 4 were refurbished and refitted. We picked the car back up with a new set up locking wheel nuts attached as everything good as new. Thank you again for a very much above and beyond service and after sales support.

Not being one for writing reviews, I felt that this was a good time to start. After having a really bad experience with a previous used car dealership near where we live we decided to give Eastern Garage a try.. we are so glad we did. This is a family run business and I must say that both Mark and Kevin were wonderful to deal with. They were not pushy but once we decided on a car, they were both helpful in getting any issues that cropped up resolved. They went above and beyond and I have no hesitation in recommending themWell done.and thanks guys.

Friendly staff with a clean showroom. Unfortunately didn't buy as the car wasn't suitable for me but great service.
