Wow, what an awesome array of fine firearms and knowledge here at Sportarm WL - I really enjoyed my experience and found it incredibly helpful and informative. Archie certainly knows his stuff and all the team are very helpful and approachable. Huge range and variety of guns and cartridges! Well worth the visit!

I would highly recommend the West London Sportarm. I have bought numerous accessories, clothing and cartridges over the years, but I have recently purchased a ladies shotgun. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, even bringing in a specific shotgun from another store for me to try. I will be recommended the shop to others.

This is a great store, I purchased a wonderful Christmas present for my father from here, the staff were friendly, approachable and helpful, they helped me choose the ideal gift for functionality and price. Which resulted in a very happy dad! I would thoroughly recommend them!

I took to the store an inherited 1917 Winchester rifle to enquire about renovation in order to gift . Archie couldn't return it after examining it - as he discovered it was in working order - despite the police having examined it some years before & declaring it was not in working order and telling me I could keep it .I had to disarm it legally : Archie and Gregory were attentive and realising my fondness for history [my Grandfather 's story of WW1 is remarkable] were very respectful .They constantly updated me & didn't rush my decision .It was more expensive than another company's offer .However the generosity of respectful attention , input , sharing of knowledge & quality of workmanship on this antique rifle left me happy I had made the right choice staying with them.

I came into the Sportarm at West London looking for a some Chritmas presents for a few friends and was greeted by very friendly helpful staff who talked me through their extensive range of clothing and accessories, from key country brands, like Schoffel and Laksen. One item they didn't have in stock they were able to post out to me next day. Thoroughly impressed by the shop, fantastic level of customer service from the staff! Will definitely be coming again.

Utter incompetence. Asked to order in a double slip lead (from their own website). 3 weeks later, have heard nothing. Call up to find out it’s been sent to head office. Told it’ll be in the following Wednesday. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday come and go, no call. Ring on Saturday, told they’ll call me right back. 4 hours later, they tell me it’s ready. Wrong lead ordered after explaining, at length, each time, which lead I am trying to get hold of.
