Suffolk exotic vets is a fantastic vet service that offers 24/7 cover. My sister's rabbit was seriously ill, and the team was amazing!! Communication was above the norm, and we greatly appreciated it. They kept professional, compassionate, easy to talk to, went above and beyond, and loving during a nerve racking time. Unfortunately, the rabbit was so seriously ill and passed away. But thanks to the team, we have a rough idea of why and were able to get rabbit a bit closer to home.I have no idea about cost as this wasn't my rabbit and the vet never hinted to me about cost when I had to be phoned. They lovingly packed her up well for the journey with a puppy pad inside the carrier and her overnight bag" had a discharge bag of medicine for the receiving vet team. Paperwork was emailed over while I was driving rabbit to receiving vet.Best vet service in a stressful time!!Thank you for everything!! If we ever have to need your service again

Took our little linnie parakeet in for a check up as he hadn't been himself. Incredibly helpful and gave us some advice on how to make him more comfortable with his advanced years. Will be taking our other birds and reptiles as and when needed. Great to find an experienced avian vet so close! Good value for money as well.

After an awful day of worry, monday morning we were recommended by our vets to contact Suffolk Exotic Vets for our dear little 8 month old Hamster who had a prolapsed pouch. I can’t thank them enough or recommend them enough, their care and compassion was second to none. They kept us updated and sent photos which was amazing until we picked her up this morning after her op. Caroline and Jo we can’t thank you enough and the rest of the team involved in her care. You went above and beyond, simply amazing! xx

So great to have an exotic vets so close, and what an amazing team they are! We were very impressed with the prompt appointment and the service we and our animals received was 2nd to none. After numerous and unsuccessful trips to my more local vets regarding my hamster I decided to travel quite a way to go to Suffolk exotic vets. The difference in approach to a poorly small animal was definitely shown. I felt I was taken seriously and that her little life mattered just the same as a cat or dog. We saw Dr Catherine, her knowledge appeared to be outstanding. Dr Catherine appeared approachable and explained things thoroughly. Upon her examination Dr Catherine pointed out a potential concern which has not been picked up by any other vets alongside the illness my hamster is currently fighting. We have new medication to trial. Hoping my hamster Maple will make a speedy recovery. Very happy with the compassion, kindness and knowledge that Dr Catherine presented, in future I will be coming here for any concerns regarding my small animals. Thank you for such a great service!

We couldn't have asked for a more positive experience and I can't say enough good things about Suffolk Exotic Vets. Recently our bearded dragon fell ill, and prior to this we had only ever had to bring her in for general check-ups, so was a little worried and anxious. Everyone in the practice looked after us ALL incredibly well, not only being my shoulder to cry on, but truly going above and beyond to take extra care to look after our girl with so much love, as if she were their own! Jo and Michaela took time to send photos and updates every day and night that she stayed in the hospital to help me feel better, as well as assisting in ensuring the accurate and stress-free completion of any paperwork. Took our handsome boy tortoise as he wasn't well. They certainly looked after him well, great service, great price too. And the receptionist knows what she's talking about. Which is an added bonus. My Tilly-Tom will be staying with Suffolk Exotic Vets, great communication and when they say they will ring they actually do ring you. 5 stars from me.

Took my dog as he was limping .Walter was very good checked him over ,his back paw was swollen gave him an injection and tablets to take . Just finished them and he seems fine now , one of the best vets around very through and took his time . Would recommend.

I found decided to change to this vet after having g multiple 'normal' vets not seem to know what to do with my rats.Since coming here I've felt so much happier in their health. A little more money than a classic vet but so worth every penny due to their expertise. I trust these guys completely. They also have an app for communication which is brilliant.
