The staff are always friendly and helpful. They have a mask wearing policy in place and will provide a mask if you don't have one, there's also hand sanitiser near the entrance. Whatever your views on Covid and masks, the prevention methods make sense in a small shop.

The pharmacy is good but prescription ordering made by them leaves a lot to be desired, sometimes they just forgot.. Or they forgot to let you know that your prescription is ready..

Absolutely discussed with the pharmacist. Spoke to me terribly. I had used the chemist since I was a kid. The place gas gone down since Lopang, Nikki and girls have left.

Rude staff! Drove for my flu jab and they hadn't even had the decency to call to say that the pharmacist that does them wasn't in. A morning taken off work for no reason and staff who basically said it wasn't their issue!

Go anywhere else. I had to visit 3 times over 2 hours to get them to pass me a box of pills they had on a shelf. First they claimed the pharmacist needed to sign some bit of paper but was out on an extended lunch break. The second time the pharmacist was back but still hadn't signed the paper, and was unavailable". The third time they still messed me around for some minutes when the bag of pulls was on the counter beside the receptionist. I've never been treated with such contempt at the Community Pharmacy down the road."

Prescriptions nearly always ready on time if you order in time and come when specified Service, with the exception of one pharmacist lady, is exceptional. If you need anything urgently for whatever reason they will work to get it if possible.

Lovely staff, convenient. Have used Boots Newland Ave, for many years. So the staff are extremely helpful and kind. Love them. But at times I feel that they need more staff

Very helpful and friendly members of staff they are able to give great advice on all products that your after. The store is clean and tidy loads to choose from reasonable prices also has some good offers.
