Birchwood Carpets

Good Quality Stairs and Landing Carpet ,and good price, However the Subcontractor who fitted the Carpet left it in a discussing state,I had to clean and Vacuum it myself it took nearly 2 hrs and had to get rid of the off cuts,Why there was over 3sq yds over is crazy.

Had our entire property re-carpeted over a year. Every time Birchwood carpets has offered us a very good price on quality carpets. Fitting always expertly done and always stick to their appointment times.Highly recommended to all in Warrington area.

I have had my whole house done by these lovely people. They let me do room by room and pay for everything separate. When I had the money, I just went in and paid and it was booked in for the following couple of weeks. Would recommend to anyone

Really good job by the fitter and the carpet looks great on our hall, stairs, landing and 2x bedrooms. However, we were left with 6x bin bags of rubbish , 4x rolls of carpet and gripper rods to get rid of. This was not from our old carpet as the rooms were completely clear of all debris, but from general waste generated from the job which is totally unacceptable.I realised this had been left as soon as the fitter left so I rang the office as I thought it had been forgotten, but felt brushed off. This is very short sighted as I needed further work doing and was going to recommend to family, however will not be going back. Such a shame as the job looks great, but it's left a bad taste in my mouth as I'm now going to have to lift/carry the unexpected rubbish at 5 months pregnant.

Needed some lino spray glue, rang to see if they sold it, very helpful guy - sorted and purchased within 1/2 hour from phone call. Very pleasant guy.

Excellent selection and at a good price. Very helpful in shop & fitters did a good job. Great to support a local business rather than a chain.

We agreed a price for the carpet and fitting but at no point was it mentioned to remove the old carpet (when he came to measure and when we paid) so there was plenty of opportunity to kindly remind us. The owners son came on the agreed date to fit it but was demanding an extra 35 to rip up the carpet, he said it would take hours but infact took minutes. It was only stairs. Won't be using again

Brilliant service, nothing was too much trouble, staff in shop more than helpful not forgetting matthew.Paul the fitter did a fantastic job, wouldn't go anywhere else
