Received excellent service helpful and well informed engineers prepared to share they're knowledge aswell as repair my 17 year old ML270 cdi. Would recommend M-Star to anyone who wants a good service provided by helpful professional individuals with all the knowledge of a main dealership but without the snobbery or excessive pricing .

Quoted £80 for diagnostic, turned up and it was £96 (apparently plus VAT but never mentioned). Would not budge on price - will definitely not be having the work done here and would not recommend

These guy's are totally professional. I received a top class service from them. They kept in touch with me throughout the process and was honest about the cause of the issues with my car and told me that there maybe a probability I may need to return for a stored issue that appeared on the diagnostic system. Instead of just suggesting I go ahead with the work they advised me to return if the issue comes up again and they will put it back on the diagnostic system for free. As it happens there was no need, the issue has been resolved and my car is in tip top shape. I did see a review referring to £80 for the diagnostic but ended up being more. I was quoted exactly the same and told its 80 plus VAT. All quotes are given as actual price plus VAT. Please remember this when considering costings.Fantastic garage and fantastic mechanics.

Disgusting Individuals. Chrged mt wife £600 for a minor services on a 2015 mercedes a class and 4 tyres.ladies, do not go here without doing your research. Shop around. My wiefs tyres were all fine, and passed the mot the day before with flying colours. When she visited m star, they told her she needed to change all 4 perfectly fine tyres as part of her service. Poor thing did not know that it was not mandatory. I will be paying this preying scammers a visit.

This is the best garage I have ever used. Very professional, fair prices, good communication, outstanding knowledge of Mercedes vehicles and keen to deliver customer satisfaction.

Not normally one for writing reviews but i’ll make an exception in this case. I’ve been taking my Mercs for service and repair to M-Star for the last 17 years. Great bunch of lads. Top notch work. Very competitive prices. I wouldn’t trust any other mechanics, including a Merc dealership with my car.

Went to two other garages who couldn’t identify the specific fault. Brought it to M Star who diagnosed the fault and fixed it correctly. They even showed me the part fitted on the suspension arm and the old defective part. Really polite and professional. Will be using them again.

These guys look after my 2017 S Class. They really know their stuff and always come up with a solution and great price for anything to do with my Merc. Save yourself a few pounds and loose nothing in the way of quality of service or parts (They only use Mercedes Parts) and give these lads a try. Luke

M-Star checked everything thoroughly then rang me to say better sit down while we give you the bad news " it needs a new wiper blade ! everything else was fine.
