Rude assistant.went in with scarf over mouth,mentioned nobody's has mask on,her reply was,well your not and then overcharged me 6 pounds 8 pence.for 1 soup 1 roll and a cake.

Had a 40th cake made for my daughter last year.Visited Kirkby branch and Michael completely took over. Could not fault him. I was quite stressed at the time, but he dealt with it all (save for paying for it!).Been back to personally thank him, but he needs recognition on hereYou dont always get good customer service, but he excelled.Cake was fabThank you Michael
