After having trouble with my hearing and suspecting a build-up of wax, I decided to book an appointment with Andy.Andy is friendly and professional and he explained the procedure clearly putting me at ease (I was a tad nervous at first). 10-15 minutes later I was amazed at the difference!!I can wholeheartedly recommend Andy and I would happily see him again should I have any problems in the future.Thanks Andy and hope all goes well!

Having suffered with a blocked ear on and off for months and ear drops only working temporarily I went to Andy who cleared it completely in 20 mins with suction and irrigation. Painless and no discomfort. Amazed as the clarity of my hearing now ..had to turn the TV volume down! Marvellous job, would recommend. Thanks!

After being diagnosed with impacted wax causing an extreme loss of high frequencies and general loss of hearing across the board, I called Andy. The next day, Andy visited my home and performed micro-suction wax removal in both my ears. This was my first experience of micro-suction, having previously had irrigation performed to varying degrees of success. The process was short and painless, everything was well explained and Andy was very professional - he clearly knew what he was doing. The end result? Amazing! I genuinely can't remember having the level of acuity I now have, so this is one very happy customer. Thanks Andy!

On behalf of my 95 year old mother, I would like to say a big thank you to Andy. He first visited my mum to remove wax from her ears and carried out a hearing test the following week. We then discussed the best option for mum to purchase a new hearing aid/aids. Andy came back this week with new new aids and mum is delighted with them! They have made a big difference to her. Also with the tiny microphone, I can have a conversation with her from a different room! It's just like magic! We wish we had heard of your service years ago. We would not hesitate to recommend you to any new customers.

Andy is an expert in his field of work, he removed ear wax that was clogged in my ear for years in about 20 seconds with no pain or discomfort. He was really nice and made me feel extremely comfortable. His services are reasonably priced as well.

Andy is a great guy, years of ear plugs and in-ear headphones and one ear was totally blocked. Hours wasted chasing doctors and waiting in A+E, weeks of ear drops, then 10 minutes of careful and painless suction/irrigation and the problem was solved.

My 93 year old bed bound mom had been struggling with her hearing and her GP wouldn’t come out to syringe. I saw Andy on google and read his reviews and decided to try him. And I am so glad I did. He managed to squeeze us in the same day, despite being busy, and came exactly at the time he told us he would be here. He treated my mom with so much respect and, whilst very professional, was so friendly he put us at ease immediately. Mom has asked for the tv to be turned down and she’s no longer miserable about not hearing anything. Thank you Andy! Fabulous customer service and we will definitely use you again!

If you have a wax problem, I wouldn't bother going anywhere else. Andy is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and puts you at ease as he explains what he's doing each step of the way. I had two ears doing, one microsuction and one irrigation. The whole process took about 10-15 minutes, but most of that is setting up various equipment and answering questions I had; the procedures in your ear are over in a matter of a minute or two.Use Earol for 5 days before going, and the process is a lot easier.

Someone recomended AndyGreen to me as I have had ongoing issues with hearing and Tinnitus. I was able to make an appointment online at Friday for the following Monday. I had gone for a 2nd Opinion. Andy put me at ease, and reassured me which is what I needed. He was friendly, professional and I was happy with the service on a whole and the price was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend AndyGreen if you need help with your hearing. I would definately go again if I have any further issues.

After using various different ear drops on my right ear for 3 weeks to no gain, I contacted Andy. Andy was very helpful and informative and was able to clear my right ear in a matter of minutes using irrigation. For anyone who is struggling with ear wax problems and unsure what to do, I would highly recommend Andy Green!
