Saved my bacon. Kit went missing on the plane and needed some in an emergency. Everyone was helpful and web got it sorted before the interview. Unlike easyJet who were not so good.

The signing in book at reception was very neat in presentation, although the ball point pen that came with the book did run out before I could finish writing my car reg down; however a Metro employee came immediately to my aid with a new ink filled pen and I completed the signing in process with no further obstacles to hinder my progress. Chairs; very comfortable, security cameras; non invasive. Background chatter; low.
