Autoglass Derby

2 stars just because they finished installation within an hour but the customer service was awful. One guy told me to park in the bay and as I’m doing so another guy comes out and tells me “no no no not there, don’t turn the wheel” talking to me like I don’t know how to drive. They both start laughing and I’m asking right so where do you want the car then? I’m ignored and they’re looking at me like I’m the idiot and I keep asking where they want it then whilst they’re both still laughing and the other guy said leave it there (it was across 3 bays now) and I’m like if that’s what you wanted then just ask? I was told to park it in the bay and because one guy changed his mind they’re laughing at me like I can’t drive. Rude and annoying. Sort it out lads.

Absolutely awful. Job started 14/11 After 3 weeks still waiting for job completion. Over 20 emails 10s of calls. Avoid if you can. Those guys just cowboys. Hope your insurance company not working with them. For now I just want everything to be finished forgetting about quality. Broken sensor, incomplete calibration, over 5 safety systems not working, glass not glued properly on one corner awful noise from glass when car moving. Completely ignoring emails by warranty claim team. And many more…. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Fixed my windscreen, insurance paid for most of it. Did it on time and to high quality. No complaints from me, would use again.

Had a crack in my windscreen. Insurance excess £140.called on the Sunday to pay my excess, and arrange appointment. Was told is get an appointment set up by the Tues. No Call back, so I phoned them. No record of me even calling! Set up an appointment for 2 days later and the screen was fitted. Only lasted a few days and a big crack appeared. (car wasn't driven far). Called back and they couldnt fit me in before I needed the car for going on holidays. Had to use a different car as didn't trust the cracked screen.I was told a new screen would be ordered and be ready for me when I got back. Appointment arranged for when I got back 2 weeks later.Just returned from hols and got a text to call them. 'turns out after all this time the replacement screen isn't there and they have to try to order it again!They wanted to set up yet another appointment but couldn't guarantee the screen would be there.Informed them that until the new screen is on site, it's pointless setting a date that they cannot guarantee. I can't keep can't making and changing dates due to this incompetency.I'm waiting to hear from them if the screen turns up.Very Dissapointed, yet again.Update 2 months later..Customer service helped me and I'm ok with the result. Took some persistence but worth it. Changed the review to 3 stars as a result

Absolutely fantastic service. Dropped my van off at the given time and the job was completed in the given time scale. Excellent.

If this is the industry leader then the windscreen replacement business must be in a poor state. They ordered the wrong windscreen 3 times. Eventually I gave up on the Derby branch as they couldn’t complete the work so I took it to a different branch which was, frankly, little better but at least they got the job done. Zero customer service. 100% poor attitude.

I'd give you zero stars if I could. Booked a windscreen replacement for my model 3 in Feb, took my money, no stock" for over 8 months

Had my screen replaced today was done in under 1 hour excellent job very happy l. Amazing customer service very welcoming and friendly highly recommended there service
