The seating isn’t stepped anywhere near enough to see over the people’s heads in front of you. Ontop of this there is 0 air on, I have just left oppenheimer feeling like i’ve been in a 3 hour sauna!!!! Really not great for £8 when comparative wise you can go to a Vue with nicer screens, seating and air on.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This is genuinely the worst cinema I’ve ever been to. The pick and mix sweets were all rock hard and stale and the tango ice blast tasted so strange, as if the machines hadn’t been cleaned for ages. The sound quality was awful, I could barely understand what anyone in the movie was saying because the sound was so muffled. Also, the seats are in a layout where your view is blocked by the person’s head in front of you. Absolutely terrible.

The ODEON cinema is very good. The staff staff are very nice and friendly. Nice and clean in the cinema and toilets. It's excellent sound like the Vue Cinema. The screen is nice and big. I wish the seats for just a bit more comfortable.

Not the best Odeon I've been to, no surround sound, seats not tiered enough so if someone sits in front of you, you'll struggle to see the screen. Staff not exactly welcoming. Overall it's a poor experience, it is cheaper than most Odeon's.

We saw a family movie, booked the VIP seats. They're very comfortable with plenty of leg room. Reclining back rests. The place was clean, staff pleasant and I was allowed to bring in a coffee, as it isn't available at the cinema. Reasonably priced tickets too (booked online). We'll go there again.

I love this cinema. It's cheaper than most (cheapest in Bristol aside from Scott Cinema in Westbury as far as I know), comfy seats, easy to get to with lots of buses leaving and voi parking sites nearby. The staff are lovely there too.My one niggle is that sometimes you can hear the sound from other screens coming through the walls. That meant that at a tender moment in the movie I was watching, there were ominous big bass sounds coming from the Thor screening next door. I found it funny, but I know not everyone would field that way!

Nice little cinema, lovely staff, lots of food available and on the highstreet so easy to find. The only downside was that we paid for Premium seats as a special occasion, but they were a little uncomfortable and rigid. It didn't feel that there was anything special about the seats other than the price. However, it is worth a visit based on convenience of placement and the film quality

Cheap but small screen seriously uncomfortable seats this place is not good for the long films rather showcase for a few quid more the sound was disappointing and the arm rest on A9 my seat was missing and it was replaced by a nothing just the metal arm, toilets dirty one toilet unusable. The good staff friendly enough

Staff were lovely but cinema is so run down. The non premium seats are very uncomfortable and didn’t even have a cup holder. I’m not tall and was struggling for leg room and the seat rows weren’t sloped enough in the cinema meaning I couldn’t see over the persons head in front of me completely. Also the cinema was at full capacity and was so uncomfortably hot. I was sticking to the seat.

I did not wind up viewing the film I wanted to see because I was served by a rude woman with short brown hair and glasses. I watched in the queue as she was very short with and rude to people even if there questions were simple. I saw her and another employee snicker at a guest who struggled with speaking English. I do not recommend this cinema that hires employees who could be mean to customers
