My first time here with my daughter, from the start the salon was so busy, which was a good sign for me that they are so popular. Despite the business, the time spent on my daughter was not rushed in any way, and the outcome was an absolute beaming young lady who was so happy with her hair. Thank you so much.x

Thank you so much Georgia for my hair today :) I had a lovely time and my hair looks great. Can’t wait for my next appointment in December. Also can’t wait for more blow dry subscription appointments to become available, definitely a service I would love for a Saturday morning ready for the weekend even if I’m not doing anything exciting. I recently moved to Mickleover from Cambridge and I’ve finally found a great salon :) xx

Sally and her team always make you feel welcomed, listen to my ever changing requests and I always leave feeling transformed. The salon has a great friendly atmosphere and a constant supply of tea! Sally has been cutting my hair for a couple of years or more. She is brilliant. Just the right mix of friendly and professional and she truly is an extremely skilled stylist.The salon has a good ambience and a good coffee machine!

Good hair days start with the best hair care. My hair had suffered some damage in the past from over processing. We’ve had to patient but since I’ve been coming, The Makeover team have really taken care of improving the condition of my hair so that I could finally have my balayage which I had done recently and I love it and my hair is still shiny and strong and full of life! Highly recommended! Thankyou sally and team x

terrible service. really disappointed with the level of service from the moment i arrived. the owner was meant to be watching over one of the girls but failed to comply with this and i now have a uneven cut.so disappointed and i hope they improve as who will want to attend this awful salon.

I am absolutely over the moon with my new style! Sally has worked wonders with my lifeless locks! I look at least 5 years younger, thanks to her clever suggestion of bangs. It really has changed my look, I feel fantastic. She's really done an amazing job on getting the right style for my face shape. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!
