Boots

Horrible experience. Extremely aggressive security guard came and harassed me as I was leaving. After I showed him my receipt loudly and aggressively accused me of 'walking shady' - I still don't know what this actually means but it was a really horrible experience when I'd just gone in to make a quick Christmas present purchase!

I waited for the Cashier to finish off whatever he was doing behind the till, must've been more important than serving the only customer in the queue (re-labelling reduced items). I randomly asked if Boots price match, his response: no

there are some good staff at boots however i had some problem with two individuals who thought it was OK to be having their romantic time at a place of work. this is totally unacceptable as i have not yet received an apology from any of the staff, and they were whispering something which made me feel like i need to report this act ASAP, overall products that i buy in boots is good!

The make up range here is pretty poor. No testers and filthy used makeup items on shelves.. Staff are in cuckoo land and some of them have a right attitude. Instead of being polite to customers if you need assistance your usually greeted with a what" instead of how can i help you."

Customer service is ridiculous and the people there do not know what they are doing. They take peoples money and do not give refunds. Never going back there again.

Its a great store with very friendly staff. Only issue is the shelves are always empty. Been coming in for months and the shelves has still not been restocked. End up buying online.

Hugely disappointing experience yesterday when l went in to return a damaged item l had previously collected from (and was made up by) this store.1. No queue and two people behind the tills2. Both saw me, neither acknowledged-one walked away (name unknown) and second (Rehlah) went behind a screen.3. Rehlah then dealt with my return- no greeting and didn't ask what l needed. No eye contact, apart from to glare at me when repeating herself later on.4. Processed the return, no receipt or any evidence provided that I'd returned anything but advised I'd get an email at some point".5. I requested a picture of the screen or something in case l didn't receive an email-nothing was provided and as this was a Boots policy l understood she couldn't do anything about that
