Excellent - having discovered a leak under the kitchen sink and called around several plumbers in a panic, Mario arrived within 15 mins of my call and fixed everything in no time. A seemingly simple job that turned out to be more complicated, but he was completely unfazed. Had all equipment and supplies on hand. Even unblocked a slow-draining bathroom sink in about 2 minutes! Such good service, 100% would use again.

We called Mario as we had a blockage in our toilet. He arrived quickly and went about finding the blockage. He worked so hard to find the cause and didn’t give up until he found and rectified it. We would definitely recommend him

Thank you Mario!We had a leak from our bath dripping downstairs.He called 30 minutes before pre-arranged visit time to say he was on the way. Once I showed him around the house he quickly identified the source of the leak.Thankfully he was able to fix without additional parts.Will recommend to friends.

Called on a Saturday arrived within 1.5 hrs, now I can use my toilet again! Charge was £150, Adrian was helpful and courteous as was Mario. Would definitely recommend.

Forget the big chain emergency plumbers. We needed a plumber late on a Saturday afternoon. Mario came within an hour. He was honest about our options and worked with me to locate and solve a hidden leak in a way that caused the least damage to the property. Great service and we're very happy with the solution.

We had a nightmare with an overflowing drain in the kitchen and were let down by our emergency plumber through our home insurance so went to find our own plumber. Mario came out within 30 minutes and was very persistent in unblocking what turned out to be badly built drains. He took the time to explain what the problem was, why it had happended and even gave us very helpful advice on how to fix them problem long term which we are now doing. Thanks Mario!!

Mario attended promptly and was on time . He was professional , friendly and positive during what was an unpleasant macerator job . He repaired our toilet quickly and even came up with solutions going forwards ( something other plumbers seemed unable to do). He was also cheaper than expected as he cleared our issue very efficiently and so only charged an hour labour . I would recommend

Mario is amazing. I did have a problem with running toilets not stopping after flushing.Previous plumber told me they could not repair without damaging the wall because off the cistern was built in the wall.Mario was able to repair without damaging the wall at all!!
