Excellent staff! Vet Fabian has my complete faith and trust, he is exceptional at his job, extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate- he remembers the name of every pet and asks about them individually. I am really very happy with him caring for all my animals. Great vet and a nice person!The staff are all lovely and excellent at their jobs! The practice has hit it spot on with their staff!

I have been a client at this practice for many years with several different pets and the standard of care has always been excellent. All the staff are incredibly warm, kind and clearly animal lovers. I could not recommend this practice enough. Special mention for Vet Fabian who caught an eye issue with our puppy and had the referral and surgery all completed in less than a month

Brought our Chihuahua puppies for their first vaccination yesterday, staff at reception so welcoming, vet was excellent, explained everything and more, very pleasant and kind. I would highly recommend Castle Vets

The vets are very friendly and really care about the animals they deal with. They always take time dealing with my cats to make sure it's as stress free as it can be for them. the practice itself is very clean and reception staff are always friendly and helpful

Had a very thorough examination for my puppy and very professional experience for her. Recommendation for treatment and medication. I intend to book her in for surgery soon. Have every confidence she will be well looked after.

3 Stars is for the overall experience. The saving grace being the other staff we encountered. Reception were excellent friendly, enthusiastic and from a business PoV tried their upsells on insurance plans etc.The vet.... the vet got 1 star. Firstly he didn't know the breed fair enough its not common. When told he'd never heard of it. Not a new designer breed just uncommon little weird but okay. However i never had a vet tell me to hold a puppies mouth shut while listening to it or giving first jabs. Nor have i ever heard a vet say its aggressive look at it coming after me. You just made me hold its mouth shut it thinks we've started a game. It's 8 weeks old its going to mouth. Funny how it didn't show this aggressive behaviour to any of the female staff that were offering cuddles.Thank you in advance Mr.Yarr from her future vets for giving that first negative experience. You may not know who you are talking to but you were talking to 2 people with extensive experience working with dangerous dogs with serious bite history. You do medicine and health care we shall handle training. Keep your strict discipline" requirements to your horses because you made it very clear your understanding of dog psychology

Managed to see my wee dog at late minute, on verge of closing time!Always attentive when concerns arise!

This is just the best vets in the area. I never feel as if I’m ringing them unnecessarily and both my dogs are treated with care and respect. I would highly recommend them
