We initially approached Wade Digital when we noticed that our website had become very slow. We sent an enquiry via their website to see if there was anything that they could do to assist. Mike at Wade Digital called us within the hour. We had a brief discussion about the issues currently being experienced to which Mike then offered to take a closer look free of charge to see if Wade Digital could at least speed the website up for the time being. Within a few hours our website was then operational again, though still a little slow.We then arranged for a face to face meeting with Mike who came to our offices. We discussed the purpose of the website and our main goals for our website moving forwards. It was apparent that we needed a new website to really maximise our customer experience on our website.Mike and the team put together a recommendation package which was very simple to read through and there was also a video with Mike explaining and showing what he wanted to do which really bought the new website design to life.From there we gave the go ahead. The website took about 2 – 3 from start to finish and is now live. The communication from Maegan (web designer) was excellent throughout. Justine did an amazing job and there were never any complaints when we asked for tweaks to be made. Nothing seemed to little or big to deal with.
