Top Nails

Been a loyal customer at this shop over several years, infact my entire family come to this shop, although I don’t know why as I find ALL of them incredibly unfriendly and rude especially considering the amount of years I’ve been coming (they don’t say hello or smile lol @ bare minimum!) it’s very sad when the set needs a touch up or hasnt been very well applied and if you address this with them they blame it on you, offer no form of compensation even in terms of just apologising and being curtious. I got a full set - 2 days later the gel was peeling I returned to fix it , and the following day the sets cracked again. I visited again (I do not live locally anymore) and he told me be careful as this is the last time he will fix them for me!? As though it is me who can not apply long lasting nails. I do my same day to day activities and never had this issue of such fast chipping. Instead of appreciating the fact I did not once express any attitude or frustration despite it being there error and me who who has had to travel back and forth with my child ,they instead give me attitude !Save your time and money and visit somewhere that actually care for there customers and don’t just want your money.Cold and frosty staff unpleasant experience

Worst mani and pedi ever. Lady didn't even try to make nails pretty, even. Mani - cuticles not trimmed properly. Didn't line up nails to make them look even. Quick brush of oil on fingers not cuticles or nails, varnish applied poorly and didn't even apply hand lotion. Varnish chipped after one day. Will not go back.

Very unclean place and very bad service. They are also too expensive compared to similar shops down the road that are cleaner.The staff gossip behind your back and are very unprofessional

Service: Manicure and design on natural nailsWish that I would have been told that they couldn't do the design so I could choose another instead. £20 for a design that has airbubbbles and looks nothing like the picture I showed, and only one top coat. Very disappointed.

First experience of using gel extensions. Staff were really friendly and gave me lots of advice on colours. It was a lovely and quick experience.

Having moved to the area recently, I tried a number of nail shops but this one is my favourite. The staff are lovely. Chatty if you want to chat and totally laid back if you just want some quiet time. In addition, they don't shy away from any request, no matter how last minute. I asked for this Baby Shark theme (which believe me, is never something I would have asked for prior to having my daughter) and gave a rough image and he executed it to perfection. I was completely prepared for him to say, no can do

Lovely, friendly husband and wife team. Great nail artistry with attention to detail.

Very shabby result. Nail not a uniform shape. Gel lapping over on to skin. Feet left feeling dry not moisturized. Will not return

I had gel nails done here last month. The gel is still on both fingers and toes and hasn't peeled or chipped in 4 weeks!

Horrible experience the man who did my nails was extremely rude and had full blown argument with me. IF YOU WANT FRENCH TIP DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Doesn’t look good at all. Had to go to another shop to take off the nails and do a fresh set
