Fantastic surgery but the appointment system needs to improve a great deal and the fact that there are no male doctors now has me a Little concerned. Didn't like the response to making an appointment though,I was told to go down for 7.30 am to make one for that day (ok if you are able to drive / travel).in there favour is a very good nurse who can do almost everything the G P can do and appointments can be made to see here anytime. Would certainty recommend seeing her.

My partner urgently needs an appointment, rang up just to get answerphone, he works nights and as mental health issues, how do they expect someone to get better beats me Not very happy about the situation.

My parents are registered at this practice and due to their ages they are requiring the practice services more frequently but whenever I ask for assistance the staff pull out all the stops to ensure that they deliver the care that is needed .I can't thank the reception staff enough who enable the start of the process the doctors whose diagnosis and referrals commence the required treatment and the nurses for the on going checks that keep my dad and mum tickity-boo .Thank you .

Phoned this morning to get a appointment due to having a chest infection and it's causing havoc with my asthma. Just to be told 14 minutes after opening there's no appointment. Got a pharmacy review.Avoid this gp at all costs. Unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Only regret I have is I cant switch doctors

Terrible, impossible to get through on the phone, the receptionist is very unprofessional. They text me a link saying to ring out of hours or 111 as they cannot see me for over 3 weeks for an issue that both those services will refer back to the GP (I know because I work in the NHS).

The services that I received today and on Monday were excellent. Wonderful and warm experience, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Emma and Rebecca and the staff were helpful, patient and ensured that I am properly informed about my health and care. Emma did a great job; she explained everything to me in a very clear manner. I appreciate Emma taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. I highly recommend BHF Lundwood to anyone.

Just avoid the place, badly ran, staff who don’t want to answer the phone. No appointments at all when you finally do get through. If your new and looking at local practises AVOID THIS ONE.

Avoid at all costs need an NRI test for my warfarin should have been today rang yesterday told appointments were full nothing until next week rude receptionist talked all over me asked for a call back today no call back don't know what to do they also stopped my warfarin prescription yesterday apparently needs a review strange considering I'm on it for life but now don't have any left just waiting for a clot to form now thanks all keep away from this place please for your own safety.

I switched doctors because of the poor service that I was receiving but this surgery is even worse. I tried to ring to make an appointment and it took the best part of 3 hours to get through and when I finally got through I was told I had to call the next morning to get one the same day and they couldn't make any appointments beyond that.That was just the beginning!!

Was told appointment went in freezing wet weather on bike appointment doesn't exist wait for medication but if I have a stroke in mean time not be their fault
