I would have given five star as staff were pleasant and professional and my order was delivered on time. The reason for dropping. Star is because the quality of my order did not match their website picture. I have enclosed the difference for you to see for yourself. I did ask why were my sheets were rippled and this was the reply.The process of putting a 'the crimp' in the sheets to form the tile effect
