The Gynway Guest House

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and the place was spotlessly clean. The bed rooms were nice, clean and tidy. Our room was part ensuite with a shower room and sink, the shower water pressure wasn't great but still able to get washed. The toilets were shared but very clean and there was one on each floor.Breakfast was really good and there was a choice available of cooked options. As well as a selection of cereal. The lady's were really friendly and helpful during breakfast and seemed genuinely interested in us as guests and what we had been doing, as well as telling us about some of the local bars and clubs.There was free street parking.The Gynway is very good value for money.

Perfect hosts.We had the pleasure of staying here a couple of nights last week. Very clean, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. Lynda and Petra were the perfect hosts. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Xx

We stayed at The Gynway Guest House a year ago and it was great, two lovely ladies made us feel very welcome, fun and friendly ppl, the kids loved it. clean rooms and their breakfast was nice too. We will be going back this year!

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in

Nice place nice couple made us welcome breakfast was good not far to walk to traim stop.only thing though shower was cold until saw switch on the wall warm room

Booked here as wanted somewhere comfortable to stay as a family to see the Blackpool lights. Really glad that we did, Lynda and Petra are fantastic hosts which nothing is too much trouble. The family room was large, beds were comfortable and the room was warm which may not sound alot but it rained hard and this was early October so the nights are getting cold. Looking past other comments around the toilets not being in the rooms (which the website makes very clear when booking) or that you need to walk 20 mins to get to the tower, if you want somewhere that you will feel home from home, quiet location and the owners always on hand to help then look no further

Fantastic bed and breakfast close to town and the front is a short 5 minute stroll. Unfortunately due to a late night was unable to attend breakfast but it certainly smelled amazing.

Stayed with my family for 1 night over Easter weekend, Lovely warm family room with a double bed, bunk beds, shower room, tea and coffee making facilities and fresh towels. The two ladies who own this establishment are friendly inviting and attentive. Breakfast was hot & tasty too, the whole b&b is lovely warm cosy and very clean. Location is about a 15 min walk from the tower but its a lovely walk on the seafront. Thankyou for a pleasant stay Lynda & Petra, next time we visit Blackpool we will be sure to stay with you again. ❤️

Morning breakfasts was nice the two ladies are fabulous hosts I and my gf fully enjoyed out time here the last 3 days only slight issue is if you on top floor it needs a WiFi booster has it stops for us otherwise thank you xx
