Such a friendly environment. All the staff are amazing and push you to your limit. Easy to get to and parking available. Amazing equipment available. Classes for all abilities.

I worked with Jeff he is an amazing trainer. He pushes you to different limits and works you so hard if you want to come out your comfort zone and improve your fitness. Train with JEFF!!! I was able to shred a lot of weight my 4 pac was more visable lol, I also could plank longer, learned how to skip properly and my boxing skills improved alongside stronger abs.

My son used to train at Fitness Factory. Absolutely brilliant place. Sonia, Bill and Dan are very knowledgeable and excellent coaches who made my son feel welcome as well as providing peace of mind for me that my kid is in good hands. Excellent experience from start to end. Unfortunately we stopped with training for now, but no doubts about it, we'll be back at some point.If you looking for kids boxing classes this is the place. All the best guys!!!

I'm new to boxing and decided to book a block of 10 lessons with Josh . I find the lessons very professional and with each lesson I feel my fitness level increasing I'd highly recommend the gym.
