I cannot praise enough the service I received yesterday evening. My car broke down at a shopping centre and they were with me in under 20 minutes from calling. My car was taken to the garage of my choice and I was then driven home at no extra charge. So impressive! Very good service ! I have been rescued the previous evening by my regular rescue company. They were not able to fix the flat tyre issue. They just brought my car and myself to my home. I call Instant Breakdown Recovery next morning to fix my car or to take it to a local auto car repair. They were at ma place in about 30 min. They were able to fix my car and found a temporary solution for me. The guys were very friendly and very helpful. I was very pleased with their service. Price was good and reasonable. On 9/12/2023 at 19.45, my Jaguar F pace broke down and I called Instant Reco who arrived in 20 minutes, put the car on the recovery truck very carefully and delivered it to Enfield safely. Jay was very friendly and he is highly recommended. Thank you so much, Jay.

I had my car broke down at 1Am and called instant brakedown recovery and the response was quick and the service they provided was also cheaper and sent my car directly to my garage as instructed.

I must say I called this business at 9am and within 18mins I had a recovery flat bed at the location to collect my car, the driver was very professional and at this time I had no idea where to take my car but he stayed with me driving around to 1-2 places. Would definitely use them again and for service I would give them 10/10 A1 service.
