First time of visiting won't visit again. It was a warm day and this one poor guinea pig was on top of a hutch no way could it of got up there on its own. It would have no access to its water or food. Not impressed with conditions could be much better. Disappointing visit

We liked it, very small at present but you can see they are building and updating. Perfect for toddlers and small children. My children did get a bit bored unfortunately once we had walked around once. But what they did see and experience they enjoyed. They had a petting hut where you can handle guinea pigs and rabbits and you can buy bags of carrots and seed to feed some of the animals. Would go again with just my toddler. Pigs were our fave. Look forward to seeing it develop!

Do not visit this place if you care about animals. They have been shut down in the past for their treatment of animals. Guinea pigs in a concrete enclosure with no enrichment. Generally over crowded and all to appeal to young children. This is not suitable care and should not be represented as suitable. They should not be open. Have reported to the RSPCA.

The biggest waste of £8. Think we would have had more fun putting it down the drain. 15min and it was all over. Alot of empty cages. Unable to pet the rabbits. Had to pay extra to hold the owls. Disgusting would never go again or advise anyone to go.

Nice small place for the smaller kids and compared to the larger zoos reasonably priced at £4 per person and only a small fee for the small animal handling per family no matter how large. Staff very informative and animals well looked after, enrichment was being put in for various animals the day we visited which is nice to see and we saw the petting animals get their fresh food in the afternoon which was piled high of fresh fruit and veg, we stood and watched the guinea pigs and rabbits eat, they were loving it munching away. Was informed by staff member they had events coming up during school holidays so will be keeping an eye out for them!

Visited here a couple of times now. We were hoping things had improved but it's sadly still not great in my opinion. The staff member we spoke to was nice enough and the animals looked fine, just not a very inviting/interesting place. Lots of chickens to feed and the goats were cute but that's it really. We were the only ones there too and it was the weekend. Only there for 30 minutes. Sadly not the place for us or grandchildren.

We had a very disappointing visit to this place- its grubby and unkempt , small pens with mainly concrete flooring for the chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs etc - although food and water was visible, there seemed to be little or no apparent enrichment for them. We noticed some of the animals had sores or wounds - the one ferret we saw had a large fly infested sore on its neck and many of the birds had clearly been feather plucking- a sure sign of distress or boredom. The toilet facilities were also filthy. Wont recommend or be going back.

My daughter and grandaughter visited last week . They paid the extra £1.50 to hold the animals.My gran daughter is 5 and loved the while experience. She held 3 different rabbits and a guinea pig. Yes the friendly goats and stroked ponies.The animals were happy and well cared for.
