Extremely unprofessional. Left client worse off than when started and claimed hours they didn’t even do. Looking after a vulnerable adult with addiction meanwhile sending staff that engaged in supporting that addiction and never assured the client back to health after this experience. In fact, they gave notice when the issues were coming to light.Would not recommend
