Pete salesman good and knowledgeable.Installation team provided instructions on use, some damage caused by them to walls stairs and shelving removing old bed.Follow up customer service is poor, we were advised we had thirty days to make changes to mattress,but very abrupt woman on phone said only fourteen .we have emailed company to clarify issue and still waiting four days later for someone to talk to us.Sadly we don't feel we could recommend this company

I arranged for someone to come to my home I didn't even get a demo as I asked out right how much it would cost he quoted me between £3.000 and £4.000 you could buy a whole new furniture set for that.

Although my review is long please read it could save you from making abig mistake. I asked the guy who was giving me the home demonstration do I have to buy a headboard with this bed, he replied YES. I later found out that wasn't true. He then asked did I want to buy an extended warranty. I clearly replied NO only to discover he had charged me. So remember this name Kevin Shaw and don't believe what he tells you. When I phoned him he told me on some beds it's compulsory to have a headboard, another lie. I therefore contacted Customer services and had a message relaid to me from the manager saying on some bed you do have to have a headboard with some beds. To be told something you know is not true by a manager is outrageous. On receiving the bed the drawers were installed incorrectly so I now have a bed with only 2 draws instead of 4. What made this experience even more stressful was trying to get a refund for the headboard and wrongly sold extended warranty. I could add to this review but I hope from what you've read here it could save you from making a mistake.

So I choose this company on behalf of my father who is disabled.. We pay a hefty deposit after the home demo.. the bed turns up unfit for use with a completely smashed cracked and broken headboard!!! What's happened to QUALITY CONTROL???????My father is now left without a bed... this bed arrived within days yet they are telling us a new bed will take over two weeks fordelivery???!!!! It makes me wonder if the factory were deliberately trying to palm us off with factory seconds at the full price.. a d to add insult to injury they only initially gave a 10% discount on £6,000 plus purchase!!!!! Bloody rip off!!

Appalling after-sales service. Uncomfortable, light switch fell out and is now no longer available. Don’t touch this company.

Ordered a recliner chair in August 2021 which was delivered in October 2021. Within a year it went back as the seat had dropped so much It hurt my shoulders to rest my arms on the arm rest. It was returned 3 or so weeks later, supposably repaired. However within a couple of months the same thing happened again. When I rang I was told that was fair wear and tear. I was not happy as the chair cost nearly £3,000. I said that my previous chair costing a quater of the price lasted a lot longer. They sent someone out to look at it and that is the last I have heard about it.

Although Rich & Andy, the final installation team, were excellent, dealing with this company is not pleasant. Their telephone manners are dreadful and it's impossible to find anything out about their products and prices until a salesman visits. Being two little oldies, we ordered an R&R chair each, but (annoyingly) one was delivered weeks before the other. The chairs were not cheap, yet the second chair has not been completely finished. In short, this company makes good chairs but don't expect wonderful customer service.

I would like to warn any potential buyer, these chairs are not what they seem?When the man arrived to speak to us, he was very helpful, but I wish now that I had checked the reviews before buying.The chair that I had is very hard to sit on and has caused pressure sores. I have had several pressure sores and never suffered with them before. It does not give me comfort to sit in.My husbands chair looks like it was made for a giant and he’s only 5’ 11”. I dread to think what size a chair would be made for a 6’ 4” man. The chair fills the side of the room up and looks ugly.I am very disappointed with both chairs and would think twice before spending the huge amount of money that they cost.Also, both chairs are dangerous, as the castors move the chair around easily on wooden flooring. When you stand up the chair moves, which could be very dangerous with an elderly person falling.I don’t think anyone would spend a huge amount on a chair, only to have to go out and buy extras to fit on them for safety.Overall, if I could go back to when we were thinking of buying these chairs, we did more searching elsewhere, as spending so much money,, to be disappointed, is not the best thing to happen to anyone.Be careful folks and take it slowly before purchasing. I would not recommend/use this company again.I did not think much of customer services either, it seems once they received your money, there was no interest whatsoever to correct anything. A very dissatisfied customer.

Do not deal with this deceitful companyAfter being lied to regarding delivery times. See Hallums review. We were told it would be a week until we would receive our substantial refund. A week later and still no refund. We have been told that it will be a further two days before 'they push the button' . Keith the regional manager blames the MD for the delay so the incompetence goes to the top.Buyer beware!Our first impression was good, the Salesman was very polite and courteous, made us feel confident in both the product and the company.But! After 2 weeks we called the company for an update on the status of our order, as we had been told 3-4 weeks for delivery.We were then informed that the model we had chosen is not a standard specification and would therefore not be with us until 'some time' in November. The salesman would have known this but had opted not to tell us. He'd even (apparently) called his Manager during the sale to effect a better price - so there was ample opportunity for the delivery date to be disclosed.We were understandably unhappy, and requested that the Sales Manager call us back. He did not.The next day we called and asked to speak with him.He then informed us that the bed was one requiring a 12 week lead time! When we expressed our surprise and disappointment, no offer of an alternative solution was proposed, so we cancelled the order. The Sales Manager then informed us that refunds are only processed on a Wednesday and as it was late on a Wednesday afternoon, we shouldn't expect our money back for at least a week! When I queried this, I can only describe his response as a verbal shrug - no apology.We most definitely would NOT recommend this company. Their aftersales is appalling, their attitude is not one that I'd expect from a company specialising in aids for the less able-bodied amongst us.
