Location, The park where the War memorial statue is beside the bridge crossing the River Avon. Central Bradford on Avon. The tourist information centre is close to the town Bridge in the It is open at various times depending on the availability of volunteers. The volunteers are a group of wonderful individuals who enjoy there time helping visitors. The shop has helpful maps of attraction to visit in the town . When closed maps are available in holders outside the main door. The maps are well designed and great to have. No cost. The shops have lots of information on events and leaflets on attractions across the area. There are plenty of items to buy. This time of year Christmas cards for charity are sold. The building is part of the house next to it and was part of the original garden house. Inside you can still see this.Help support this tourist information and local charities.Volunteers are welcome to help the Tourist information centre. It is a great opportunity to learn new skills and be part of a great experience for tourist and locals. Please contact the local Bradford on Avon Town council for further details.

Just love this place. Beautiful and historic buildings meandering river Avon along with its good choice of restaurants and individual small businesses. A great place to explore shop and eat.

A wonderful town similar to Bath but without the hordes. Quaint tea shops and beautiful setting on the river Avon

Having a dog we couldn't go into the craft centre so spent 60p to park and ended up spending less than 10 minutes there. Dog owners also like craft events and spending money

Wonderful Saxon Church of St. Laurence. In excellent condition thanks to the care of the Trustees. Well worth attending a Service at this time of the year on a Sunday at 6pm

Well worth a visit. Lots of lovely old buildings combined with river and canal make it a pleasant place to walk around. There are a few very steep hills in parts of the town though.

I have never been to a town information centre and had so much information and history of the town explained to me in such an engaging way. Ivan, the volunteers that helped us, could not have been more helpful and welcoming. There is so much to explore in Bradford on Avon, that we didn't know about. Thank you Ivan.
