NewForestSkateHub | Operating in Southampton, Totton, we offer a range of skate lessons, from 1:1 to group lessons, we teach from beginners to indivuals seeking to be on a competitive level, lessons are taught by Sam Hopkins, a skateboarding GB accredited coach. We operate at Bartley SkatePark, Totton, in Southampton but we are also available to commute.

My son and I had a lesson yesterday and we had a great time. Sam’s easy going and instructive way of teaching worked equally well for a 9yr and a 44yr old, which is impressive! My son is much more confident on his board after just one session.

Sam is an excellent teacher with so much skate knowledge. My son started with no previous experience and his progress has been amazing. He’s doing things that wouldn’t yet be possible without the support and guidance that Sam offers!

Booked a 1:1 lesson with Sam for River who's 7 years old and pretty much a novice sakte boarder.River had a great time. He learnt lots and was doing things on the board I didn't think would be possible after only an hour.Sam was brilliant with River, I was really impressed. You can tell Sam is very passionate about his coaching and gets really joy from his students success.I've booked River in for a block of lessons and I would definitely recommend.

My son recently had the pleasure of being coached by Sam and I cannot recommend his services enough. As a beginner, My son was nervous about starting out, but Sam made him feel at ease and helped him build his confidence with each lesson. He was patient, knowledgeable, and tailored each session to my son’s individual needs, helping him progress faster than he ever thought possible. With their expert guidance, He was able to learn new tricks and perfect his technique, all while having a blast.
