Alex O2 store in Peterborough it's the only store in Peterborough is in Basing Queensgate if you have upon your device or anything you could just take it back and they can try and replace it or if they can't replace they give you money back brilliant I had to go in there about a couple of the times this last week because my phone decided to play up

The O2 Shop in Peterborough is a phone company that offers a range of phones and tablets. I've enjoyed coming here to see the latest phones, and the staff are always helpful to get support for my devices however, what I don't like is that some of the latest tablets and phones can't be bought upfront, and you're forced into a contract. I prefer paying it upfront so I don't have to pay monthly. It's a good store, but I'm afraid I have to disagree with the style of shopping as customers have the right to purchase the product at the total price.

Came many times and have always been welcomed by all the staff, especially seb and saiba, they were both extremely friendly and helped me with my questions without hesitation, they provided me with excellent customer service and they were understanding and good listeners, great work, will definitely be coming back!
