Within short notice, Kevin helped us out by transporting our two little cats from Berkshire to London. He was prompt, made the process smooth and stress free and updated me throughout, our cats were as happy as they could be on arrival after a long journey! He made sure they were safe in the back compartment with a blanket over the carriers to keep them calm. He is clearly an animal lover and will work round your plans to deliver an excellent much needed service, at a very good price. I highly recommend Pet Cars to anyone looking to safely transport their pets by someone they can fully trust. Thank you again Kevin and I will certainly be using Pet cars again if needed!

Thank you Kevin very much for your great care of our large Labrador dog who sadly had to be put to sleep at the ripe old age of 13 due to taking a stroke at home.It was clear from when saw Shadow and the state he was in you are a true animal lover from the kind hug you gave him, carrying him down two flights of stairs. You were also very kind to my Daughter and I and it was very much appreciated at such a sad time for us.Kevins fee was very reasonable indeed too for such a swift response.

Just used Pet Taxi for the first time to take my two cats to the vet for routine vaccinations, and it was an outstanding experience. Booking via the website was easy, Kev is friendly and easy-going, and the round-trip price for local service was eminently reasonable (£36/hour). Cats have to go back in three weeks for vaccine boosters, and re-booking was as simple as telling Kev in the car, then sending him a text with all the details to confirm. An outstanding service that we'll be using each time the cats need transporting.

Excellent customer service, and a man who very clearly cares for and knows a lot about all animals. He was incredibly good with my precious Dudley, who can be a real rascal and very badly behaved! But he was absolute putty in Kevin's hands. Kevin also knows London like the back of his hand and gets the job done efficiently and with the utmost of care. And all at an extremely reasonable price. I would highly recommend any of his services!!

Kevin is one gem of a person.. a very caring pet lover and could manage my two pet dogs at the same time very easily because of his expertise and wealth of experience in managing pets... Have taken pet cars services for two trips thus far and in future pet cars is going to be my sole source for any pet transport needs... Highly recommended... All positive about Kevin and the pet car service..

I used Pet cars during July 2020, two cats to be transported from North London to a cattery In Hertfordshire. We were extremely happy with the professional, kind, and prompt service that Kevin provided . It's never easy leaving pets but I felt fully confident and reassured in doing so.Will definitely be using Per Cars again, and have no hesitation in recommending this service to others.

We needed transport for 2 dogs rather urgently and seemingly outside the hours operated by Kevin at Pet Cars. They were being carried about 50 miles around the M25 so not a local hop. Pet Cars came to the rescue. The service was very professional and very friendly, indeed charmingly so. The dogs were collected at exactly the time that was agreed, we were kept informed by text as to their progress and immediately texted when they had been delivered with due comment as to their conduct and doggy satisfaction on completion. We were very grateful indeed and I can highly recommend.

Due to poor health I was unable to accompany my elderly staffy to the vets.After speaking to Kevin and reading thereviews I felt that I could trust him withmy little girl.I found Kevin online after the list of so called Pet Cabs from my vets prooved useless.Kevin was very efficient , arriving on time and becoming another new friend for my sweet natured staffy. I would happily give Kevins name to anybody needing to transport a pet

I had the most amazing experience with Pet Cars. Short notice on time, time changed around 4 times, the drop location was changing again and again WHILE Kevin was on his way to the location. And he had to stay calm and follow directions to the updated location. And he did. An amazing person, he deserves more than 5 stars.I would recommend to anyone who is struggling move his pet from a location to another. Pet cars will help you and make your life easier.
