Ovesco deliberately mislead, providing false statements to obtain permissions. For example, with the Ringmer Solar Farm application: Independent tests show that the vast of majority of the land was actually Grade 1A quality land (the highest). The original claim by Ovesco was that the entire site was sub-quality 3B land. Untrustworthy liars!
