I highly recommend Melt Design on all levels. I had been left in a pretty desperate situation as a result of a previous web company and Melt Design were recommended to me by my business coach. I have been so impressed with how empathetic and helpful everyone has been. I've had support from a number of the team and nothing has been too much trouble for them. As a result, we have managed to build an entirely new site and launch it within two weeks and have a plan in place for continued improvement.I have felt that the team really listened and supported me through the process and my new website is far beyond my expectations in such a short period of time.After having such an awful experience previously, I am so happy to now be with Melt Design and trust them fully with my website and support services. I've had my business for over 13 years and have dealt with several wordpress developers and website companies over that time. I generally associate everything website-related as quite stressful/painful/annoying, but I have to say that this hasn't been the case with Melt. They're a really nice team to deal with, are patient and kind with non-tecchies like me and are quick and efficient with any queries we have. Matt at Melt Design takes time to understand the needs of his client. Nothing was too much trouble during the design of our site. We had multiple video meetings and it was clear to us that Matt wanted to ensure that we got the site 'we' wanted. This is not always the way with web designers. Since our new site went live we have benefited from the monthly support package which gives peace of mind. When I needed to know how to pull a report from Woocommerce one of Matt's team even made me a Loom video to show me. As a non techy person that was invaluable.
