Discourteous, slow to provide a receipted invoice after payment (over a month) and wanted to get you in and out of the office as quickly as possible. Expensive for a meeting that didn't even last 15 minutes.

Superb service. I needed some documents notarised, apostilled and delivered overseas. Fay could not have been more helpful in seeing me at very short notice, notarising the documents immediately, arranging the necessary legalisation / apostilles and then delivery of the documents overseas by courier, all within just a few days. The considerably laborious process for me that I had anticipated was completely avoided through Fay's excellent and outstandingly efficient service. Thoroughly recommend.

My fiancé and I were quite late in contacting Fay to organise necessary documents to marry abroad. We received emails outside of office hours and a swiftly organised appointment. Documents were signed and sent abroad within 3 days of the appointment. Very happy with the service.

We needed documents notarised in relation to the sale of a property in Bulgaria. Asked on a Saturday for an appointment and were given one the following Thursday. The documents were in the FCDO in London for authorisation by the next day and arrived at our solicitor's office in Bulgaria on Thursday the following week, which far exceeded our expectations.All queries were answered promptly and comprehensively, and the process and fees were explained in detail.Would definitely recommend.
