Too small and non-affordable at over £400 for 2 small beds, tiny kitchen with a huge fridge freezer, no adequate cupboard space and work tops. A tiny garden with no washing line. A washer dryer in the hall. Who is that for? It's a pied-a-terre, too small for one, let alone a couple.

Is this the ugliest estate to be built in Winchester so far? It looks like the architect took inspiration from the little red houses in Monopoly.The first houses have been lived in for several years but the roads are still unfinished. It looks like it will be a building site for a few more years yet.The main road is set to be diverted through here! What a crazy idea.

Visited a young friend in her lovely new flat. Great development with great views from the flat windows. If I was young, I'd love to live there. Could do with a shop/local grocery/pub

The staff were friendly and the showhomes were really good. The area is nice and open. However, the house prices are incredibly high.

A concrete jungle of ugly bright orange houses with tiny plots placed right by the roadside. Well overpriced for the cheap construction design eg. hardly any roof overhang, terraced housing etc to save costs. The lack of green spaces is not good for mental health.

Worst people ever a pop up tent is more reliable than the homes they build I have had 2 leaks windows drop and fall out of place all the time only been here 2 yrs nearly oh and if you live in social housing you get treat like dirt by builders and the staff on the phones
