Sat in and had a lovely coffee and panini whilst my car was in for a service over the road. Place was busy when I first walked in but soon quietened down. It was quiet untidy especially the area they give you your drinks. Unfortunately they did not have any plates etc so was given a paper plate to eat off.

Costa on stockman Lane opposite homebase..always something broken! Today it was the ice machine, no maple syrup or napkins! Couple of weeks ago there was no hot water. I happened to me mention this to the girl behind the till who seemed to take it personally and turned away after raising her eyebrows! It was just an observation ... very rude

Ordered Hot Chocolate, may as well just got a cold drink as it was terrible. Girl asked did I want marshmallows and cream, answer yes, guy took over as they had forgotten hot chocolate, no marshmallows, no cream and freezing cold. Doubt It will be back

Nice coffee, but was left standing for 10 minutes, they forgot my order.I went to get a toddler seat and it was absolutely filthy. I asked a staff member if he would give it a wipe. He said he had just sprayed it with alcohol spray and to let it dry, it would be fine. Totally unacceptable! Iwouldn’t put my dog in it, never mind my 14 month old…Acting manager had no interest, she was only manager for the “next 20mins” and made no effort to put things right.Please get the place cleaned and train staff in better customer service.

Stopped off for a coffee with a friend as we have never been. As we ordered our coffee, a customer came back up with a cold cappuccino. Instant red flag. We then went to sit by the window as it is a lovely day. ALL the chairs have stains, other chairs are ripped with the foam and wood exposed, the carpet is disgustingly filthy. We will never return and would highly not recommend!

Went for a coffee while out shopping on boucher Road. While they were pouring or coffee I went to get sugar to find it was empty when I asked the 2 members of staff for sugar they informed me they had none and offered to put syrup in it we said no thanks and the staff thought it was funny when I asked for a refund. What sort of coffee shop doesn't have sugar even if they didn't have packets surely someone could go yo a supermarket and get a bag if sugar or go to the nearest Costa and borrow some or maybe that's asking too much

The coffee was fantastic. However very short-staffed & I had to wait nearly 5 minutes for someone to serve me even though there was no one in the queue.I purchased two americano coffees, two granola bars and two chocolate brownies both of which were out of date and expired and only discovered the yellow sticker on the bottom of them after I purchased them.The location however, is very handy and write the side two electric chargers on Boucher Road.

Love this place, was here in November after Halloween, servers were really lovely and they were giving away free food! Got myself a salted caramel brownie on the house. The atmosphere is great and very welcoming all in all 10/10

As good as they come was our experience. Spacious, efficient, well laid out in the corner of the car park away from the main shops. Outside seating for the sunny days. Food quality consistent with Costa and big cups of coffee.
