Been here a few times recently. First time was to fix my Samsung galaxy a12, after I dropped it onto a concrete floor.Went back this week due to it not charging properly. Ended up with them fixing our Samsung galaxy a13 that had been smashed by a spiker going through it. It was fixed within the hour and is working perfectly. We are going to get the a12 fixed another time.Great customer service and was telling us what he was doing when he did it.U Smash is our go to place to get our phones fixed.

One of the workers has an impartiality for underage girls, despite being aware of age. Judging by the other reviews they’re largely incompetent at repairing phones too.A very wide berth advised for this place. Tell your children to avoid. Reported to police but rather conveniently the cctv doesn’t work either.

Went there because I dropped my phone in water . The team was really helpful. They fixed it for much cheaper than other shops.Excellent service.

Was disappointed to make the journey all the way there to pick up the phone as arranged only to be told it wasn't ready and to come back in a week as we'd asked for a premium screen" replacement (our fault obviously) even more disappointed that when eventually getting the phone back and charged it reported "unofficial part that may not be compatible" on the iPhone and sub par screen performance. I suppose you get what you pay for. I'd recommend going to official Apple service centre. There's one in Edenbridge."

Went in the other month and got a screen replacement and a screen protector, unfortunately the screen protector cracked a few weeks later which caused the actual screen to smash the was then told by the worker very rudely that it was my fault he then proceded to laugh at me and my father in law as we left and was also trying to say abusive stuff to us I would avoid this place like the plague, they say they use genuine real screens but another shop proved that to be a lie

I took my phone in to get the back camera glass repaired, said come back in hour so we did and he hadn't even started it. Went back an hour or so later and he had managed to crack the front screen. He offered to fix it but had to leave phone for a week. Went back a week later, got it home to descover the front speaker no longer works and there was glue all round the edges of the screen. Took it back and he sent it off, 5 weeks later I went back in to see what's happening and they said it has been ready weeks ago. Got it home again and the speaker is not fixed rightOr they have bodged it to work as it rattles and is distorted when playing music so they have ruined a perfectly good phone. Think I will just send it of to proper place next time.

Visited the shop to get 2 Samsung phone's batteries replaced. Although the job was completed within the time stated and despite asking twice if the batteries were Samsung originals, I caught a glimpse of one of the newly installed batteries just as the back was being replaced, I did not see the word Samsung on it, I have my doubts.Be very careful, I don't think we were told the truth, and I think we were overcharged.

Amazing, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Never pushy, always a relaxed feel.I needed a phone repair and this U-Smash store was extremely helpful. I went in thinking I would have to buy a new phone. The guy at the Itech lab ran a few tests there and then on the old phone and suggested that all I needed was a new battery. They changed by battery in 45 minutes while I was waiting in coffee shop and sent me an sms when it was time to pick my phone up. It was the perfect solution.Highly recommended great service and friendly sales person (nasir)

Excellent service , just bought a new phone and they transferred all the data from the older one. Updated my phone to the latest IOS. Bought a case and screen protector at a reasonable price.will definitely see u again.
