Very friendly. I've used them 4 times now and they diagnosed accurately each time. My experience is that they don't make work from minor issues, but will advise if they see something.One of my cars is fairly niche, and being on various owners clubs I generally know what the likely cause of problem x or noise y is before taking it in. They usually come up with the same answers.Prices. Entirely sensible.

Great customer service, poor mechanics.I went to do a regular service and after that I had more issues.My vehicle was pulling right and also the steering wheel was not straight anymore. (Weird because they supposed to work on something else).There was another issue with some noises when turning.On 2nd appointment they done the tracking but the steering wheel was not straight, they also mention there was no noise when turning.Now I would rather go somewhere else to have my vehicle checked and fixed because this people will keep charging me for their own mistakes.Other than this, they were polite and respectful.

Big thank you to Auto Team Mechanics for managing to fit me in again to fix my car. Despite me panicking on the phone about the situation, they are always friendly, helpful and get me back on the road as soon as possible. Would thoroughly recommend them.

The A-Team are simply amazing. Incredible service always. I've been using this company through several cars and 13 years and every single appointment, whether scheduled or a bit of 'can you squeeze me in' appointment has been of top quality. The team are easy to speak to, professional to deal with, supremely knowledgeable and with high spirits and morale; service with a smile :) Honesty and trust are a massive factor in choosing who to go to, and on both counts, the A-Team are second to none.
