Should have been first visit that I’ve waited weeks for and I receive a text with “just a quick one I can’t make it ” 15 mins before the appointment no apology. Left trying to find a replacement 2 days before holiday. Very disappointed.

Sam has been doing my hair now for years and loved it each time.Very pleasant and interesting person to meet, talk to and very friendly. Always lets you know even if runs 10 minutes late, which i really appreciate.I would recomend Sam's services at any time. Thank you Sam x

Wrong hair colour last night ( red instead of brown ). This is the second bad hair colour, the first time a lighter brown faded after a week. Never had a patch test done either. What a waste of £50 !!!!. I now have a proper stylist.

Worst hair dresser ever absolutely ruined my hair NEVER BOOK THIS LADY! Waste of money absolutely horrified about my hair never seen anything so bad and will be reporting her she’s a fraud and con artist absolutely bod job and has no idea what she’s doing!

Sam was the only one decent enough to answer my call and emails regarding hair and make up for my wedding...We had a trial run included in the price and on the day my hair and make up looked amazing and I had many compliments throughout the day... She was polite and chatty with my wedding party. I wouod highly recommend for wedding hair and make up...

We have Sam come & cut both mine & my two daughters hairs for a good few years now. We are always happy with our cuts & finishes and she always turns up when she says she will. Couldn't recommend enough! Thanks Sam, Carly Xx

Sam has been doing my hair for a few years now. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do My hair. She is very bright and chatty. You can see genuine passion for what she does. She is such a lovely person and when she does my hair it's like having a catch up with an old friend. If there's ever any issues and I need to cancel she is more than happy to rebook at a time that is convenient for both of us. Thank you for the years of brilliant service and for our future appointments to come Sam :)
