Brilliant value for money, if you can play to your handicap here you can play to it anywhere!. Good greens, tight fairways and a very lively clubhouse. Try it!

Recently visited as part of an annual golf trip. We had one of our warmest welcome in years of makomg these trips at Stony Holme from the restaurant and golf check-in folks.Great value for money, incredible food and really enjoyable round of golf was had by everyone.

Food was ok - apart from the chicken wings which looked as if they had came from a chicken who had an eating disorder. Waitress also had an attitude for some reason. Lack of gluten free options as well and was told to just get 2 starters instead of a main. One star as chips were edible and another for taking the inedible chicken off the bill. Also way overpriced for the standard of food and service you get

Lunch with friend in cafe. Staff super - friendly. Best mushroom soup I've had for ages served with fresh warm roll. Restaurant now serving pensioners' £10, two course lunches on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Will definitely be back to try.

Coffee way over priced at a golf club Coffee came from a machine. Same as carlisle and Brampton golf clubs but £1 extra here . Why
