After being to so many other dealerships it was so refreshing to find staff that understood what we really wanted and we would like to thank Dean for his excellent service and have to say the best coffee ever. One of the worst experiences I've had when buying a car! I had given my specifications to the sales team and didn't hear back for weeks on end. When I contacted them again to see if they were still interested, I was reassured that someone would call me back but never heard from them again! I eventually took my business elsewhere and the customer service there was fantastic.Never again!

Pulman Durham is over a 4 hour drive from where I live, so it’s not as though I could stop by. I had actually purchased a car from another provider but the seller had little history on the car. Thankfully after sending my enquiry via email, the lovely after sales advisor Delsa called me straight away, she was super helpful & even gave me some tips to ask the seller about what work had been done since it was last serviced by Pulman to avoid further issues down the road for myself.Without this extra help from Delsa I think I would have been looking at some bigger repair bills. Really appreciated her going the extra mile, great customer service where I wasn’t it really expecting it, especially not being a customer myself. Thanks again!

Servicing must be ok as there are staff to assist you.Buying or leasing is a totally different matter, no sales staff appeared when I was there and two couples walked out of the showroom in disgust., I was only there for 20 minutes.Then you ask for a leasing quote, (had to request via service) and nobody rings you. Shocking customer service.
