Service Now Prestwich

I went there because there was a light on my dashboard and they checked my car straight away. Am glad I went there they were really good and fixed the issue(Renault kadjar)

Had a dodgy service there with problems afterwards. Problems were eventually addressed (not without a considerable amount of hassle) so was prepared to give them another chance if they were addressing their service issues as promised. Looks like false promises as they are back to never answering the phone, no matter when you call. Very disappointing.

Avoid this place….. paid for an MOT and service. I had a few issues with my car, which I highlighted to them (such as windscreen wipers not working) got my car back and still not working and not checked! Paperwork says they did a health check on my car…. Clearly they didn’t as also had 2 tyres which were close to legal limit and they didn’t even look at it. Not sure how they even managed to pass my car when I can’t clean my windscreen, due to it needing a new pump!Paid over £150 for service and MOT but have now got it booked into another garage to be looked at as I genuinely feel they aren’t providing the services they are advertising! Have also made a compliant to the DVSA.Garage local to me and have been using it since it opened as Quick Lane, but sadly it’s gone really downhill.Avoid(Head office also informed but for such a serious complaint they have zero interest).

After changing name and ownership, they never pick up phone or return calls. When trying to book online they answer with a stub Can't do this date

Great team of people who gave me honest feedback and even let me know I didn't need to replace something I thought I did at the time.

Was driving along M60 & tyre pressure suddenly started dropping quickly, came off at the 1st exit I could & to my luck saw Service Now so pulled in just before I was driving on the rim. Despite having appointments they were incredibly helpful to get it looked at, seeing I had kids in the car & wasn't from the area. Managed to remove a 6 inch screw & save the tyre in 15 mins while I waited, felt it only right to tip for the excellent service in an emergency.Great to see that goodwill still exists & can't recommend highly enough. Thanks guys!

Honestly without this company and the help they have done for me after Trade centre sold me a duff car they are a credit to the motor trade and would definitely recommend them!! Never going to another garage again!!

Very unhappy with having to have rear pads replaced on my Daughters vehicle 3 weeks after you carried out an MoT. Down to the metal! No advisory.
