Claire Ford has been absolutely incredible! She is by FAR the best conveyancer I have ever used and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again. We had a difficult purchase with a strict deadline which was really stressful. Claire was on it relentlessly chasing and always replied promptly and let us know what was happening. She was constantly in touch and transparent, despite being very busy herself. Most conveyancers rarely reply! I honestly think if we had been with a different firm we would have lost our purchase. You cannot go wrong with this firm who are also very reasonably priced. Thank you so much to the team, including Bradley who was fab and Natalie :)

Rhiannon dealt with the sale of my house. Along with her assistant she was most efficient and persevered with a relatively difficult sale. Very good value for money and very professional service with great follow up service, feedback and communication.

Recently got recommended Wade and Wade to handle the purchase of our first home. With minimal knowledge and experience in the house property area, we was very reliant of the solicitors taking care of us.I think “taking care” is an understatement. Kelly and Rhys were absolutely brilliant and their help and support was prompt and in depth. I was a clueless buyer and they dealt with all my many queries and took the time to ensure I was informed and understood the process. I highly recommend W&W!

Very disappointing in a stressful time.Moving home is supposed to be an enjoyable time and no doubt comes with some stressors attached to it. Unfortunately the solicitors we wanted were representing our buyer so we plumped for W&W who appeared to have good reviews.For 6 months - from start till finish - W&W we’re not only unhelpful, but rude and dishonest. For a legal firm, you would expect honesty at the very least. We were lied to about communication, told we would be responded to and it was only from our sellers estate agent we’re we getting actual answers. It became a routine that each week we would speak to W&W to be told they were waiting for third party enquiries.. it turns out each time it was W&W that were the delay. They take on more work than they appear to be able to handle. This results in clients sat around waiting for work to be done. Delays are frustrating but out being dishonest about the nature of them ( and blaming other parties ) really gripes with me. If I could have changed solicitor I would have but your already financially committed so your hands are tied.To top off months of dishonesty, it meant we were forced to complete/exchange on the same day despite all parties being ready weeks before ( well apart from W&W )!Overpromising, dishonest but happy to take your fees.Please think hard before choosing W&W!

I completed my first ever house purchase today and I couldn’t have asked for an easier experience. Kylie has been amazing throughout. Absolutely shocking. I wasnt valued at all as a client at all. They made so many crucial mistakes that I nearly lost out on selling my property.There was no professionalism in the slightest either, without going into detail and boring you with the problems I had with them I would suggest that no one should employ them for your services. If I could get 0 stars I would.
