I bought a second-hand Google Pixel 7 Pro phone from TBPS in early August 2023, but the screen stopped displaying in mid November 2023. I could not use the phone. I contacted TBPS by telephone. Sarah at TBPS was very helpful and gave me confidence when spoke to her. I was immediately asked to return the phone for TBPS to examine. TBPS established within 24 hours of receipt that they could not repair the phone. They returned it to Google for checking. Google repaired the phone within about 7 days and it was returned to me by TBPS in working order. TBPS responded to emails from me within a matter of a few hours and I was kept informed. I felt that I was a valued customer and TBPS dealt with my concerns efficiently and without fuss. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending TBPS if you are considering a tech. purchase. Aftersales service was very good.

I am truly impressed on the overall process of searching for a refubished phone, to purchasing it to receiving the device was stellar. Excellent website site, easy to find the right product and the devices they have are fully checked and confirmed in working order. We ordered a Google Pixel 7 Pro from them, saved hundreds of pounds off new and the used" phone literally looked brand new. I do not need the original device packaging so just wanted a great phone at a great price! The site also ensure you know where in the process your order is. Just sold my phone to 'The Big Phone Store' as they offered the best price. I was a bit dubious about sending my high value phone off as I haven't used 'The Big Phone Store'.I paid a little extra to send my phone off Royal Mail Special Delivery due to the high value of the item. I received an email informing me that the phone has been received and is now being inspected. 18:15hrs the same day, money paid in to my bank without any problems, I can highly recommend 'The Big Phone Store'.

Sent my item to be sold off with a really good price given, as well as sending it in mint and perfect condition. Once the item was processed, they told me the power button was damaged, when i know for a fact it was working completely fine and downgraded the price of the item from £70 quid to £0.25. I don't know what they did with my device but all i know is its a scam and not worth selling your items to this place.Update: they replied to my review, and basically gaslighted me into thinking that it wasn’t working and that I miscommunicated that it was damaged by putting it as new, even thought it was basically brand new. And then even had the audacity to make me pay £10 because of the condition of the watch went from new to broken, even though there was no prior issue to the power button when I sent it off

Bought 2 iPhone 11’s as Christmas gifts. Both phones are exactly as described and look as good as new. Ordered both phones on 24/11 and they were delivered on 25/11 by Royal Mail. Excellent service and would definitely recommend

Happy with my purchase of a Pixel 6 from The Big Phone Store. Item condition as described and phone works perfectly. Also price was significantly cheaper (£50) than Back Market who I tried initially but had problems with the microphone not working on the phone they delivered.
