Sorry I don’t rate this place at all for a simple gel polish manicure and pedicure.Staff member was disinterested and lethargic, nails were minimally filed and ultimately crooked on completion, the polish is uneven and chipped a day later and there was no attention to the cuticles.For £38 I was disappointed but lesson learned, you get what you pay for. I won’t be returning.

I was refused entry 28/10/23 at 17.15pm by the Gentleman Owner..I asked him what is the problem. He replied in a harsh and rude manner saying that we are closed..This is no way to treat customers.They need to be more transparent and not make up false closing times on there website. The Facebook website states the closing time is 18.00pm on a Saturday. They have No Morals, Principles, Or Proper Work Ethics..I have just seen in the past week they updated there Saturday closing time to 17.00pm..To late in my case..They need to be honest and sincere..They are not a professional business at all regarding there attitude and untruths to there customers.Received NO apology at all from the Owner.I DO NOT RECOMMEND the Blue Spa and will never use again..

Got my nails here done a few times and kept going back as they don’t actually do a bad job even though I find them a bit overpriced compared to other places. After today I won’t be going back as the job was rushed and the staff is always horrible and rude! Pulling and pushing the customers’ hands and cutting skin off and not gentle at all! They also keep using their phone during service.

Nails weren’t shaped right. Acrylic is not smooth. Atmosphere not good, the art of passive aggressiveness mastered through touching someone’s hands is an art though, would not recommend

Been here couple of times for biab , nails have been lovely and despite having a bit of a problem one time it was rectified immediately with no issues

Staff were really friendly, place was clean. Nice service overall and love my nails did something simple but they worked out beautifully
