I go to this subway on a weekly basis and I always leave not only with a great meal for my lunch, but a massive smile on my face from how cheerful and friendly all the staff are. Even during busy times, the staff go above and beyond for their customers and all the staff I work with always end up with a great lunch!Hands down the best Subway I have been to.

Appalling customer service, I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0 stars.My son wanted a 6” plain cheese sandwich and the gentleman serving us put 2 slices on, when we asked for a few more slices he said he couldn’t do that without charging for it, we made the point that he wasn’t having anything else on the sandwich but your man was adamant. Well done you’ve just made an 8 year old boys day.You’ve made an almighty profit on that one sandwich, but you’ve lost out on all the future ones.Computer says no.

Went in today, ordered a footlong tuna Italian herb and cheese bread, one of the 4 female staff today 27/7/19 at 12:25pm who was dealing with the meat section served only 2 scoops of tuna on a footlong? Hold on, isn't that supposed to be on a 6 inch?Yet you charged me the full price!Not only that, i ordered a tuna salad and they never gave any poached eggs which is clearly listed on their menu. Later until i mentioned it, they put them on the salad.Disgusting service as they handled all different meats and i asked for tuna which naturally they should be changing their gloves!What practice would you call this other than cross contamination?

Standard subway setup. Great sandwiches, but with great service. A nice start to the day with a poached egg and bacon sandwich and a cappuccino. And reasonable prices.

Generally pretty good and decent staff, bit worried that certain staff don't understand the risk from handling gluten free/ vegetarian orders, then handling regular bread, plus meat with a pair of gloves and the going back to handle the vegetarian/gluten free items.This isn't usually an issue at other pure subway stores.I did intercede and ask them to change gloves, which seemed to startle a bit, but it's something you just wouldn't do.I know severe coeliac's wouldn't attend subway, but it is very basic food handling!

Like every other sub way. Food.it ok for what it is.. I find it a bit salty and heavy but generally ok food. Better elsewhere. I call in to a sub way if I can't find anywhere else.

Most measly salad portion ever. I'm sure the guy thinks the cost of the lettuce is coming out of his own wages. Weve been regulars here for years but after today I will take my staff's lunch orders elsewhere. Pffft!

Ordered a subway with my partner for lunch and this is how my sandwich shows up. My partners sandwich wasn’t even in our delivery. I’m really not sure how someone could mess up making a sandwich this bad. Regardless of wether the staff member making this was being lazy or having a bad day, this is not acceptable. Quickly thrown together and a waste of money.

Not fond of their subs as the bread normally has unfortunate consequences on my digestion (yours might be different). I love the thought of them but I just can't eat them.They do salads which can be good but I prefer the family-run Traditions sandwich shop near to the train station as the salads seem more natural.Parking is also an issue.Youths seem to hang out here although the management seem to be doing something about it.

I'm a regular at this Subway branch, often dropping by on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The staff here is incredibly friendly and their customer service is top-notch. The only improvement I could suggest is extending their evening hours since they tend to close a bit early.
