Charged £50 to tell me we didn't have damp and was just condensation. Said he would send a quote for repointing work to be done as the £50 would be taken off the invoice . Still waiting terrible service. I only chose this company as they are supposed to bewell established.

Instructed Northern Remedials to carry out structural repairs on property. Very impressed with service right from initial contact to aftercare. Trevor contacted me at a convenient time to discuss the issues and came out to survey the property fully, advising on what did and didn't need doing. Communication excellent throughout. Trevor answered all queries fully and was on hand every day to check on progress. Joe and Paul worked very hard, were polite and cleaned up as best they could. Very impressed with the company's professionalism with regards to insurance and guarantee. Would use again. Highly recommended.
